From the date mentioned on the notice of passage, you have 15 days to withdraw your parcel. After this period, it will be returned to us automatically. In this case, the next delivery costs will be at your charge. EXCHANGES AND WITHDRAWAL
If your URBALEG item does not suit you, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your package. Note that return shipping costs are free. If this is your case, please contact us at the following address: info@urbaleg.com On the other hand, if your item purchased from URBALEG has a manufacturing defect or an anomaly not relating to improper use, we will exchange you. You have 14 days after receipt of your order to contact us.
CUSTOMS FEE
Please note that for some countries outside the European Union, customs fees may apply in addition to the delivery charges. This is the case for the United Kingdom since January 1st 2021.
ADDITIONAL COSTS WHEN ORDERING
Some banks charge additional fees for your online purchases. These costs can vary from a few cents to € 5, and are proportional to the amount of your order and are beyond our control. When you place an order on our site, we only receive the amount indicated at the time of payment.
