Ordering process: The customer wishing to purchase an item from the www.urbaleg.com website follows the following process in order to establish his order.
After having selected the size, and possibly the color, he clicks on the button "add to cart"; He then goes to the shopping cart to check the specifics of his order (size, color, quantity, price), and continues by clicking on the "order" button;

Delivery in the member countries of the Euro zone The deliveries of your orders in one of the member countries of the Euro zone will be ensured by the solution YunExpress International.

They take into account the preparation time of the order, the chosen delivery method as well as the delivery time.
All orders placed before 12:00 noon are shipped the same day, except for orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, which will be shipped the following Monday, as well as orders placed on public holidays, which will be shipped the next business day.

In the case of a collection from a retailer or a post office, the delivery service (YunExpress or La Poste) will inform you by email as soon as your parcel is available in the selected collection point. Remember to check your mailbox and your SPAM in the days following your order.
